App: Mental Math Everyday Speed

Welcome to Mental Math Everyday Speed, developed and published by Five Days Weekend Games (“we”, “us”, or “Developer”). These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our mobile application.
By downloading, installing, or using the application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms in full, please refrain from using the app.
Mental Math Everyday Speed offers interactive math exercises, speed challenges, and practice tools designed for personal skill training and entertainment.
You may use the application anonymously or connect via supported sign-in providers (such as Google Sign-In) to manage your local profile. You are responsible for maintaining control over your device. Anonymous game statistics and progress are stored locally and may not be recoverable if the app is removed or local data is cleared.
4.1 Purchases: Optional digital products, feature unlocks, or subscriptions may be offered within the app. Product details and pricing are presented before completing a transaction.
4.2 Store Billing: All payments, taxes, and refunds are processed exclusively through your store platform (e.g., Google Play Store or Apple App Store) according to their applicable terms.
4.3 Subscriptions & Renewals: Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled through your store account settings prior to the billing date. Uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
4.4 Purchase Restoration: You can restore non-consumable digital items on devices connected to the same store account using the "Restore Purchases" button in the app.
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the app or its assets.
All software code, graphics, UI elements, audio assets, and branding related to Mental Math Everyday Speed remain the sole property of Five Days Weekend Games and are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.
The application is provided as a practice and entertainment tool. We do not guarantee specific educational results, exam outcomes, or cognitive improvements. Performance metrics inside the app are intended solely for personal tracking.
The app relies on trusted third-party services (such as Google Firebase, Crashlytics, and RevenueCat) for technical stability, analytics, and transaction handling. Use of these integrated tools is subject to their respective policies.
9.1 Statutory Claims: Liability for intent, gross negligence, bodily injury, or claims under the German Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz) remains unlimited.
9.2 Slight Negligence: For slight negligence, liability is limited to breaches of essential contractual obligations (Kardinalpflichten) and restricted to typical, foreseeable damages.
We reserve the right to update the app or revise these Terms as needed. Updated versions will be made available on our website or within the application.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Statutory consumer protection rights under the laws of your residence remain unaffected. Legal disputes shall be resolved in accordance with statutory jurisdiction rules.
